How to make it
First prepare all ingredients above. Then preheat the Oven in 180c or 350f.
Then start wrapping the dates, pick a date and open it up and put a cashew inside then close it. Take a sliced of Bacon then place on the surface then the stuffed dates place on bacon then roll it up until it covers the dates, after secure with a tooth pick then set a side. Do it all like this also to the Apricots and Plums.
After all finished wrapping, in the baking tray with the baking paper, place all wrapped dates and sprinkle a pinch of black pepper, it enhances the flavor and it’s going to be not just sweet, creamy, salty flavor, its going to be peppery as well.
Now put them in the preheated oven for around 35 to 40 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
After the first 15 to 20 minutes turn it over to crisp evenly both side. Then after the 40 minutes or both side crisp, take them out from the oven.
Transfer in the serving plate then decorate as you like and enjoy!
