Brown Mushrooms are delicious and very nutritious, cooking with lots of garlic, chilies and Ham makes the dish rich and hearty that you can enjoy with warm rice, roti etc. Literally takes little time so you can cook whenever you like for lunch or dinner, its up to you and you can join other vegetables too if you like. Serves 2 to 3
Ingredients
250 grams Brown Mushrooms
150 grams Ham
3 tbsp vegetable Oil
1/3 cup White Wine
A few pinches Turmeric Powder
6 cloves of Garlic minced
3 red dried chilies chopped
1/2 red Onion cut in ½ inch cubes
2 red and yellow fresh Chilies cut in small cubes
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1/2 tsp Salt or to your taste
Spring Onion finely chopped to garnish
How to Make:
Prepare all the ingredients above accordingly.
Wash Mushroom cut into 4 pieces each and set aside as well as prepare rest of the ingredients.
Heat a pan, oil in, heat it up. Add in minced garlic, dried Chilies and Turmeric powder and stir them well.
Add in ham, stir them well and cook for a minute on medium low heat.
Next Mushroom in, mix it, cook for around 1 minutes on medium high heat.
Pour White Wine in, let it evaporate most of it and add in Tomato sauce & Salt, combine them very well.
Add in chopped Onion & fresh Chilies, mix, and let it cook for 2 minutes.
We are done!
Garnish with Spring Onion and enjoy with rice, Roti or Noodles.
