Spicy Fried Boiled Eggs 🌶️ 🥚

Fried boiled Eggs are very easy and simple snaky dish which very common in Nepal, normally we make it a lot in our festival time to share with family, friends. We eat as a snack or side dish with our main meal. I’m going to cook with daily spices from Nepali Kitchen and going to be spicy version.

Cooking time 8 minutes after boiled the eggs.

Serves 6 (1 for each person as a snack)

Ingredients

6 boiled and peeled eggs (10 minutes boiled to make it hard)

2 teaspoons of oil any cooking oil would be good.

¼ teaspoon of Red Chili powder (it is optional if you don’t like it)

¼ teaspoon of Cumin seeds

¼ teaspoon of Turmeric powder

2 cloves of crushed Garlic

¼ teaspoon of salt

How to make

Chopped spring coriander to garnish

Heat the pan in medium high heat then when pan gets hot, add 2 teaspoon of oil.

Check if oil is hot then add half teaspoon of cumin seeds and let it infuse in the oil.

Then add eggs and fry it, keep mixing it until it becomes golden color evenly, do not burn. Now eggs are golden than add crushed garlic then mix it.

Here you can reduce heat to medium or medium low to not to burn our spices that we are going to add.

Next add turmeric powder, chili powder and salt then mix evenly then fry it, keep mixing until all spices cooks and eggs gets coated completely around 2 minutes. Then our Spicy fried boiled eggs are ready, turn off the gas.

I like to garnish with spring coriander, garnish and serve as you wish.

Happy cooking Enjoy…..
